FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or similar.
  • Experience as a Social Media Manager at a similar Rideshare and Food Delivery company.
  • Analyze consumer patterns such as app download trends, conversion rate, and competitor analysis to recognize media investment efficiency and advise on strategy.

  • Ensure that paid campaigns deliver against growth targets.
  • Lead the execution of the paid channels strategy for our mobility business.
  • Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
  • Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
  • Flexible and engaging writing style.
  • Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.
  • Should be comfortable with USA shifts

  • Experience : 4 to 15 years
  • Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.
  • Must have experience on running paid campaigns.
  • The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years experience in performance marketing, specifically in building multi-channel and cross-channel strategies.
  • 7+ years experience in leading in-house performance marketing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience
