FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
- Degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or similar.
- Experience as a Social Media Manager at a similar Rideshare and Food Delivery company.
- Analyze consumer patterns such as app download trends, conversion rate, and competitor analysis to recognize media investment efficiency and advise on strategy.

- Ensure that paid campaigns deliver against growth targets.
- Lead the execution of the paid channels strategy for our mobility business.
- Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
- Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
- Flexible and engaging writing style.
- Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.
- Should be comfortable with USA shifts

- Experience : 4 to 15 years
- Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.
- Must have experience on running paid campaigns.
- The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years experience in performance marketing, specifically in building multi-channel and cross-channel strategies.
- 7+ years experience in leading in-house performance marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience
