Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Tester with 10+ years of experience in testing websites, mobile, and desktop applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various testing methodologies and tools, ensuring the highest quality standards for our RidenRoll app.
Key Responsibilities:
•⁠  ⁠Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for RidenRoll’s mobile and web applications.
•⁠  ⁠Perform functional testing, UI testing, cross-browser testing, usability testing, and mobile testing (iOS and Android).
•⁠  ⁠Conduct exploratory, black-box, regression, and integration testing to identify bugs and ensure optimal performance.
•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on functionality and usability.
•⁠  ⁠Utilize automation testing tools (Selenium WebDriver, Appium, etc.) to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
•⁠  ⁠Execute load and performance testing using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and LoadUI.
•⁠  ⁠Document and track defects, providing clear and detailed reports to the development team.
•⁠  ⁠Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the QA process.
Qualifications:
•⁠  ⁠10+ years of experience in quality assurance testing, with a focus on mobile and web applications.
•⁠  ⁠Proficient in functional, UI, usability, and exploratory testing methodologies.
•⁠  ⁠Strong knowledge of automation testing tools, including Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
•⁠  ⁠Experience with programming languages such as C# and SQL.
•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with load testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, and LoadUI.
•⁠  ⁠Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•⁠  ⁠Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•⁠  ⁠Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
