Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to assist in managing various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication between team members, track project progress, and ensure that all project activities are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of project status and any changes.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes. Ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Tracking Progress: Monitor project timelines and milestones, updating project status reports regularly. Identify any potential risks or delays.
- Resource Management: Help manage project resources, ensuring that the right personnel and materials are available as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project)
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation
